The Innovators of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League are a volunteer group that sponsors cultural events to support the Young Strings educational program. Outstanding young students receive music tutoring from DSO professional musicians and are provided with instruments while they are in the Young Strings program. Young Strings students are motivated through their participation to complete high school and college; several have graduated from Juilliard, New England Conservatory, and the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University.
The Innovators of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League was founded in 1973 as a volunteer auxiliary organization of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League (DSOL). We provide an opportunity for men and women to participate in the numerous Education and Community Outreach programs of the Dallas Symphony through service, education, and fundraising. The programs that we help support have dramatically altered the lives of talented young minority students by offering professional mentoring and career guidance and providing access to instruments.

I have an impressive presence. I am like big garden; however, instead of producing a variety of flowers I produce a variety of tones in the low-pitched range. I am amazing! I require a long air column or strings.
